If you need to group several orders together or need international shipping quotes please email us.

Damage

Damage must be reported within 3 business days if received via FedEx and Freight LTL must be written on the BOL before you sign receipt and reported immediately.  We professionally package each slab that leaves our facility but we cannot control how they are pick up .  In the event that you receive your item(s) and it is damaged, please email us immediately so we can report a claim with FedEx or the LTL Freight Carrier.  Please make sure to take several pictures and keep all the packaging materials.  Once we file a claim with Fedex, they require the original packaging and the item to be held at your residence for up to five business days. If shipped Freight LTL the items will need to be repackaged to be shipped back.  Please keep the packaging and item available, and be ready to package it back up for your FedEx driver to pickup, should they request an inspection.  Take a look at the current inventory for a replacement piece that fits your project.
