Our round dining tables are built from solid domestic hardwoods: White Oak, Black Walnut and Maple. White Oak is the most popular choice — its open grain and neutral, warm-cool tone works in nearly any interior. Black Walnut brings depth and richness, with chocolate-brown tones that photograph beautifully and improve with age. Maple offers a clean, consistent surface that suits modern and Scandinavian-influenced spaces. Every slab is hand-selected before it's milled — no veneers, no MDF, no engineered cores.
A Natural Fit for all Dining Rooms
A round white oak table with a matte oil finish and turned or tapered legs is a farmhouse dining room staple — warm, unpretentious, and built to handle Sunday dinners and weeknight homework in equal measure. But the same form works just as well in a modern apartment, a mid-century inspired space, or a transitional home where the goal is something that doesn't try too hard. Round tables soften rooms with hard lines and fill smaller spaces without overwhelming them.
Common Sizes and Seating
Choosing the right diameter makes all the difference in how a round table lives in a room:
