Note: Due to being a handmade product there can be a 1/2” variation in size Length/Depth. Lighter sections as shown in the photos are examples and are natural characteristics of Wood called "Sap", this can be lighter/darker or wider/thinner depending on the wood. Each piece is unique and varies from piece to piece. Knotholes, voids, and cracks on the surface are filled to bring out the natural beauty of the piece.

Production time frames are 3-6 Weeks and production time frames are listed on each product page, just below the "Add to Cart" button. Please note that during major holidays, there may be delays in production and shipping schedules. We strive to minimize these delays and ensure every order is completed with the attention that it deserves. For oversized or heavy items shipped via FedEx Freight and does not provide inside delivery and are curbside, driveway, sidewalk, loading dock or receiving facility only.
With being a handmade product there can be a possibility of a delay outside of the production time frame, as we strive not to have this happen. We will notify you by email if such delay occurs with the issue and the time frame needed to assure the product is the quality that you expect from Artisanborn.
Mulit-Piece orders require additional production time and typically ship within 4-8 Weeks from payment clearing and pending any major holidays. Orders shipping via Freight Carrier may require additional transit time depending on destination and carrier scheduling.
