What is your lead time?
How will I know my order is ready to be shipped?
What does contactless delivery mean?
Contactless Delivery is our default delivery option:
• Your item is delivered to your front door with no signature required.
• In multi-unit buildings, delivery is made to your apartment door whenever possible.
• Some buildings require delivery to a mail or package room.

What if I don’t see the size I need?
Is the wood color identical to the images?
We photograph items under home-style lighting to show accurate color and texture.
Natural wood varies, so your piece may differ slightly from the photo.
We’re happy to help choose the right color, style, and wood species.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
My furniture is damaged, what do I do?
Please take photos of the packaging and damage, and email them to us within 1 day of delivery. We will review and take the appropriate course of action. We will fix or Replace the item.
Can I return or exchange my order?
• Custom items or handmade items are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returned packages due to incorrect address require the buyer to cover shipping costs.
Freight-shipped items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty?
Can I cancel my order?
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged or refunded. This includes any delays. Production starts after 24 hours of purchase.
Please contact us to check if your order can be canceled.

Do you have installment plans available?
When will my payment be charged?
You are charged when the order is placed.
If you cancel within the first 24 hours, you receive a full refund.
