Each piece of furniture is made to order by us in Missouri. We have a 3-6 week lead time on most items. Pending any major holidays. Each Product page will have the time frame listed right below the add to cart button. Freight orders have a 4-8 Weeks production time frame.

Once your order is ready, an email with tracking information will be sent by email.

Contactless Delivery is our default delivery option:

• Your item is delivered to your front door with no signature required.

• In multi-unit buildings, delivery is made to your apartment door whenever possible.

• Some buildings require delivery to a mail or package room.

Your furniture ships within 3-6 weeks via FedEx/UPS, Freight shipments ships within 4-8 weeks via FedEx Freight. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. (Major holidays can delay production and shipping times).

United States

Tables and benches ship in two separate packages, often arriving at different times. Freight Orders arrive in one shipment on a pallet.

Light assembly may be required. Table and bench legs attach using a Phillips screwdriver.

Table height: 30 inches

We photograph items under home-style lighting to show accurate color and texture.

Natural wood varies, so your piece may differ slightly from the photo.

We’re happy to help choose the right color, style, and wood species.

Please take photos of the packaging and damage, and email them to us within 1 day of delivery. We will review and take the appropriate course of action. We will fix or Replace the item.

• Custom items or handmade items are not eligible for return.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Returned packages due to incorrect address require the buyer to cover  shipping costs.

Freight-shipped items are not eligible for return.

In the rare event that your order is inaccurate or has a defect, we will replace the item and correct the issue. All built items are crafted from solid hardwood. Our finishes are applied by hand. Any characteristics of handmade furniture are not considered defects. Artisan Born will also replace any items damaged in transit, as long as the damage is properly noted upon delivery per our instructions. Due to the high costs of packaging and freight charges, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on shipped orders. All of our furniture is made to order. 

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged or refunded. This includes any delays. Production starts after 24 hours of purchase.
