Shipping policies

Each piece of furniture is made to order by us. We have a 1-2 week lead time on most of our items. Your package will ship via Fed Ex. All shipments are delivered with no signature required. 

*Please contact us for a shipping estimate to Hawaii or Alaska prior to ordering.

Returns and exchange details

Some times accidents may happen but don't worry you are covered by our 30-day, 100% money back guarantee.

If your item qualifies for a return, we’ll require either a receipt, an order number or any other proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If a package is returned to Artisan Born because of an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Return Policy: Artisan Born accepts returns on all non-custom itemswithin 30 days of purchase.  Buyer is liable for all shipping costs incurred by returning the item.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received as long as it is in the condition it was shipped.  

All custom items are not eligible for return.

All items shipped via freight are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation: There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items and items that are cancelled after the 24-hour cancellation policy.


All of our furniture is made to order. You may return non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. All shipping fees are paid for by the customer. The refund amount will be minus any shipping costs Artisan Born incurred getting the package to you. If the value of the package is greater than $100, we suggest that you purchase the insurance to cover any damage that may occur in shipping. Repackage the item to avoid damage. Any damage that is not covered by insurance will be deducted from the refund amount.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Some items that you might receive a partial refund: 

If Items are not in the original packaging. Any noticeably used items.  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

We will fully inspect and review any received damage.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card used.

EXCHANGES
