Shipping policies

Each piece of furniture is made to order by us. We have a 2-6 week lead time on most of our items. Your package will ship via Fed Ex. All shipments are delivered with no signature required. 

*Please contact us for a shipping estimate to Hawaii or Alaska prior to ordering.

Returns and exchange details

If damage has occurred please take photos of packaging and the damaged piece. Please submit these to us via email within 1 day of receiving your order.

If your item qualifies for a return, we’ll require either a receipt, an order number or any other proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If a package is returned to Artisan Born because of an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

 

Return Policy: In the rare event that your order is inaccurate or has a defect, we will replace the item and correct the issue. All built items are crafted from solid hardwood. Our finishes are applied by hand. Any characteristics of handmade furniture are not considered defects. Artisan Born will also replace any items damaged in transit, as long as the damage is properly noted upon delivery per our instructions. Due to the high costs of packaging and freight charges, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on shipped orders. All of our furniture is made to order. 

All custom items are not eligible for return.

All items shipped via freight are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation: Once your order has been placed you have 24 hours to make changes or cancel your order. After the 24 hour period there are no changes, cancelations or refunds. You order is already in production.

We will fully inspect and review any received damage.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card used.

EXCHANGES
